Mind Wide Open Challenge

This is my entry for the April Challenge at Mind Wide Open. Everyone participating must use the same digital print in their artwork though there are many creative interpretations and varying mediums used. I printed my image on a transparency and mounted it on a piece of silk paper that I made. Embellishments include found objects, clock gears, wool, silk, buttons, scrim, various fabrics, ribbons, beach glass, rocks and a swedish stamp that arrived on a package from Liisa at Ottilias Veranda! Though my greatest challenge was trying to get a decent photograph! Take a look at the site on April 8th and vote for your favorite piece!

Beautiful!! Everything You make is just gorgeous! How clever to use the stamp...looks like it´s floating in the ocean. I just love driftwood (I have an obsession in summers to collect sivery driftwood...and stones...and...!)
