Art Charity Auction for Hurricane Sandy

Please take a moment to stop by The Altered Page where
Seth Apter is hosting a Charity Auction
for Hurricane Sandy Relief.

The offerings are fabulous
with new items being added daily.

100% of donations will be given to relief organizations
to help provide for food, water and essentials
for many who have lost everything.

I know it's been a long time since I've posted
so if you're here
it's good to see you...

And if you leave a comment
you'll be entered in a giveaway for a skein
of my red hemmed reclaimed silk sari ribbon.

Drawing will be held on Sunday, November 11th.

one for you...

In the spirit of the fall arrival here in the Northeast,
what better way to kickoff the season than to have a giveway?
So I've designed a little box of creative inspiration with some goodies
from my stash and some from my etsy shop.
You know the drill...just leave a comment with your email
so I can contact you if you are the lucky winner.
So without futher ado here are the goods...

Vintage laces, silk ribbons and lace, victorian beaded trim
along with some silk fibers and a silk carrier rod
all in a lovely fall color palette.

vintage mother of pearl cabochons, a crystal and
some sequined lace trim.

a well-loved miniature little leather library book

all neatly packaged in this little box I've embellished...

comments close on Wednesday night and
I'll draw a name on Thursday, September 15th

good luck to everyone and thanks for stopping by!
